Pomodoro E Basilico is the latest addition to Lincoln's restaurant scene. Whilst quantity and choice of restaurants for diners is constantly increasing within the city, we are proud to provide a dining experience that offers something new for its residents and visitors.

Italian food is considered by many to be the best in the world, many restaurants offer this cuisine in some form or another whether it be a pizzeria, trattoria or ristorante. Lincoln is no different, Italian restaurants can be found in all corners of the city, Pomodoro E Basilico is right in the city centre and is dedicated to providing this much-loved cuisine with a difference.

Pomodoro E Basilico provides fine Italian food, with extensive choice and at great value. We only use the finest ingredients from our Italian-sourced suppliers. Our pasta dishes are made using only fresh egg pasta, which provides better texture and taste. We also stock Gluten-free pasta providing greater choice for Coeliac's than any other restaurant. Risotto and Pizza's are also available, however, the large choice of meat and fish dishes prove to be very popular, something else that differentiates ourselves from the rest. Some restaurants offer just steak, chicken and salmon repeated again and again with similar sauces, we have made a conscious effort to provide ten individual meat and fish dishes to provide a taste of Italy beyond the limited choice elsewhere.

Of course, providing this would not be possible without a team of talented chef's led by the well-renowned Carl Davison. The waiting staff receive very thorough training in order to provide service rivalled only by the quality of food we produce.
